Team Coaching

How do we create high performing teams?

Business gets done through relationships. If the team is cohesive, the business results will follow.

We are licensed to use the latest team assessment based on Patrick Lencioni's 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team and are experienced in working with senior teams to ensure these are in place and that healthy challenge is encouraged.

In our experience the first step in working with a team is to assess team performance, identify key roles, provide coaching to improve insights within the team and quality of relationships, facilitating the team towards high performance. The '5 Behaviours assessment' and DISC profiles are excellent to use with the team to 'hold up the mirror' and provide real insight into how the team is operating and how they can be even more effective.
